Disappointing
A couple weeks back I ordered a beautiful Mississippian ceramic piece, but what I got was a Mexican cooking pot. I will admit they are similar shapes and they have similar ears. The design around the rim, however, is all off, as well as the location it is supposedly from. The design I ordered had a wonderful incised pattern, not this odd spotted rim that I am left with. I am not sure why I was sent this Mexican cooking pot nor why it is so immensely unclean. All I do know is that I am as disappointed as this pot is dirty.
