Admission: The Doris Ulmann Galleries are open to all. Admission to the Galleries is always free.
Hours: The Galleries are open Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, excluding Thursdays from 3:00-4:15 during the College’s Convocation hour. The Galleries are closed on Berea College holidays and summer break (early May – mid-August).
Location: The Galleries are housed in the Rogers-Traylor Art Building located on the corner of Ellipse Street and Chestnut Street on the Berea College campus in Berea, Kentucky.
The Galleries can be accessed through the red glass doors or the doors next to the courtyard near Phelps Stokes Chapel on the east side of the building. For accessibility accommodations, please call (859) 985-3083 in advance of your visit.
Parking: Visitor parking is located on Chestnut Street (two-hour street parking) and in the Visitor Lot South behind Presser Hall, off Chestnut Street.
Tours: Guided tours led by Galleries staff can be scheduled for groups of all ages during museum hours. Tours are free but must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance and are subject to staff availability.
